To ensure the artisanal quality and slow cooking time required for our meats (some take up to 12 hours), we operate on a 24-hour advance order system. Everything you order today is cooked especially for you and delivered the next day.
What is the cutoff time for ordering and receiving my order the next day?
The kitchen closes at 4:00 p.m. Orders placed after that time will automatically be scheduled for the following day.
Can I schedule an order for a specific date?
Of course! During checkout, when you're entering your shipping information, choose a date that works for you starting the day after your purchase at least 24 hours in advance.
How many people can a kilo of meat feed?
One kilo of meat serves 4 people, 250 grams per person. Which is equivalent to 5 generously filled tacos made with 12-cm taco tortillas.
