Terms of Sale and Delivery

We offer three main service lines, each with its own unique features:

• Sale by Weight: Products are prepared in accordance with hygiene and quality standards. The final weight may vary slightly due to technical factors inherent in the cooking and packaging process.
• Catering Service: Event bookings require advance reservation and are subject to date availability. Specific logistics and service terms will be detailed in the respective event contract.
• Wholesale (B2B): Businesses purchasing products for resale must comply with food storage and handling regulations once the product is delivered to ensure the safety of the end consumer.

Prices and Payments

• Validity: The prices listed are valid only for purchases made through the website and are subject to change without notice.
• Verification: All transactions are subject to inventory confirmation, payment method validation, and, where applicable, anti-fraud verification. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not pass security filters.
• Invoicing: If an invoice is required, the user must request it at the time of purchase by providing their current billing information.

Perishable Items, Refunds, and Returns Policy

Given the nature of our products (prepared and perishable foods), our return policy is governed by the following criteria:

• Food Products: For health and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered and accepted by the customer.
• Exceptions: Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the delivered product does not match the original order or if it is found to be defective upon immediate inspection upon receipt.
• Cancellations: For catering services or large-volume orders, cancellations must be made at least as far in advance as specified in your confirmation to avoid charges for ingredients that have already been processed.

Product Liability and Management

• Storage: The company guarantees the freshness and quality of the product at the time of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the instructions for refrigeration, reheating, and handling to ensure food safety.
• Allergens: Our products may contain or have come into contact with allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten, etc.). Customers should check the ingredients before consumption.
• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages resulting from improper handling of the food, lack of refrigeration, or consumption after the indicated expiration date.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, food photographs, logos, recipes, and processes) is the exclusive property of the company. Reproduction in whole or in part for commercial purposes is prohibited without express authorization.

Anti-Fraud Verification

For the security of all our customers, transactions may be audited. If any irregularities or potential fraud are detected, the shipment of the order may be delayed or canceled until the legitimacy of the payment has been verified.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, the purchase of products, or the contracting of catering and kitchen services, which cannot be resolved amicably, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia (Harju County Court / Harju Maakohus).
